Especially in Istanbul, which is famous for its crowd, people try to create a life intertwined with nature, where they can spend a third or at least a quarter of the year. One reason for this is the idea that it will be safer to be in a single-storey house rather than 20-30-story buildings in the expected earthquake. The zoning status is important according to the usage purpose of the land we will buy. The zoned plot is the land that city planners are allowed to build on after examining such as soil and environmental analysis. If housing is to be built on, it should be noted that it is zoned or non-zoned before buying a land. Besides, you can buy land without zoning and rent it out and earn income from it.
Realtors say that there have been a lot of phone calls recently, but sales are relatively low due to the virus environment. They say that people will not take action for the purchase yet, they will take action after a while and that real prices and statistics will emerge at that time.
